The tug Blackadder underwent dry docking in April 2023 for major works including fender removal alongside, a complete engine overhaul, staple modifications, removal of rear deck towing gear, installation of new console tops in composite acrylic to take updated controls, prop polishing, hull anodes, anchor chain inspection and survey as well as new control systems.
As well as technical upgrades and maintenance we completed an aesthetic overhaul which included a refit of interior of wheel house, new cabin fittings and bedding, deck removal and replacement and re varnishing all solid timber works.
