In March 2023 we docked Antarctic Discovery for survey repairs as well as generator removal and realignment, new exhaust tips, hull anodes dock clean, bow thruster prop polish and inspection transom hull plating, additional transom draft marks, plate cooler overhaul and Cupro Nickel Pipe repairs.
We replaced the main engine room pipe system in stainless steel, undertook exhaust removal, repair and reinstallation, exhaust lagging, Cathodic anode system works. sea chest grate removal and reinstallation. refurbish and repair watertight doors, ice wedge lug and placement modification as well as MPI Dock clean and requirements.
We custom fabricated new condensate pipe work, stainless steel fabrication of new blast freezer bolts and hinges.
As well as survey repairs we undertook refurbishment of the cabin and corridor floors as well as painting of the hull.
